形成したつば部を一体的に設け、且つスリーブの刃物駆
動軸先端部外方に突出した部分の外周に、放射状に配設
された複数のリンクの一端を枢着し、前記刃物駆動軸の
先端に、円周方向へ所要の間隔で配設された複数の押え
板を固着し、各折え板間に設けた刃物駆動軸放射方向へ
延びる溝部に、前記刃物駆動軸先端部との間に所要の隙
間が生じ得るようクランププレートを嵌合せしめて該ク
ランププレートを刃物駆動軸放射方向へ摺動し得ると共
に刃物駆動軸軸心線方向へ移動し得るよう構成し、前記
スリーブの先端部分に固着したつば部が前記クランププ
レートより離れるよう前記スリーブが刃物駆動軸の前方
に突出した場合には、前記クランププレートの放射方向
外端部が刃物駆動軸の刃物嵌合部よりも縮小して間隔環

フランジ状の刃物受を固着し、刃物駆動軸の軸心線に沿
って穿設した孔内に、軸心線方向に移動可能なスリーブ
を設けると共に該スリーブの前記孔内から刃物駆動軸先
端部外方へ突出した先端部分に、刃物駆動軸の刃物嵌合
部外径より外径を小さぐ形成したつば部を一体的に設け
、且つスリーブの刃物駆動軸先端部側所要位置外周部分
をつば側か太径で刃物駆動軸側が小径のテーパー状に形
成し、該テーパー状部の外周に、テーパー状部に沿って
軸線方向へ延びる複数の溝部を円周方向へ所要の間隔で
設け、該溝部に嵌合する突起部を設けたクランププレー
トを、前記刃物駆動軸先端部との間に所要の隙間が生じ
得るよう前記つげ部と刃物駆動軸先端部との間に配設し
て該クランププレートを刃物駆動軸放射方向へ摺動し得
ると共に刃物駆動軸軸心線方向へ移動し得るよう構成し
、各クランププレートを刃物駆動軸の放射方向へ案内す
る案内具を刃物駆動軸先端に取付け、前記スリーブの先
端部分に固着したつば部が前記クランププレートより離

軸の刃物嵌合部外径より外径を小さく形成したつば部を
一体的に設け、且つスリーブの刃物駆動軸先端部外方に
突出した部分の外周に、放射状に配設された複数のリン
クの一端を枢着し、前記刃物駆動軸の先端に、円周方向
へ所要の間隔で配設された複数の押え板を固着し、各折
え板間に設けた刃物駆動軸放射方向へ延びる溝部に、前
記刃物駆動軸先端部との間に所要の隙間が生じ得るよう
クランププレートを嵌合せしめて該クランププレートを
刃物駆動軸放射方向へ摺動し得ると共に刃物駆動軸軸心
線方向へ移動し得るように構成し前記スリーブの先端部
分に固着したつば部が前記クランププレートより離れる
よう前記スリーブが刃物駆動軸の前方に突出した場合に
は、前記クランププレートの放射方向外端部が刃物駆動

に当接するよう前記スリーブが刃物駆動軸の後方に向い
後退した場合には、前記クランププレートの放射方向外
端部が刃物駆動軸の刃物嵌合部よりも拡張してクランプ
プレートが前記間隔環若しくは刃物を介して刃物若しく

を一体的に設け、且つスリーブの刃物駆動軸先端部側所
要位置外周部分をつば側が大径で刃物駆動軸側が小径の
テーパー状に形成し、該テーパー状部の外周に、テーパ
ー状部に沿って軸線方向へ延びる複数の溝部を円周方向
へ所要の間隔で設け、該溝部に嵌合する突起部を設けた
クランププレトを、前記刃物駆動軸先端部との間に所要
の隙間が生じ得るよう前記つば部と刃物駆動軸先端部と
の間に配設して該クランププレートを刃物駆動軸放射方
向へ摺動し得ると共に刃物駆動軸軸心線方向へ移動し得
るよう構成し、各クランププレー十を刃物駆動軸の放射
方向へ案内する案内具を刃物駆動軸先端に取付け、前記
スリーブの先端部分に固着したつば部が前記クランププ
レートより離れるよう前記スリーブが刃物駆動軸の前方
に突出した場合には、前記クランププレートの放射方向
