対のサイドピストンをストップリングならびにかしめに
よって前記ステアリングロッドに位置決め固定し、この
一対のサイドピストン間には前記スペーサリングの外周
面との間に半径方向すきまをおいて可動ピストンを介挿
し、この可動ピストンの外周には環状凹溝を形成し、こ
の環状凹溝には前記シリンダの内周面に摺接するシール
