Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A power source, a first external connection terminal connected to one electrode terminal of the power source, a second external connection terminal connected to the other electrode terminal of the power source, and an alarm connected between both electrode terminals of the power source. series circuit consisting of elements and switching elements,
