外側アーム部分６ｂの先端側に、前記切欠部１３の両側
夫々に形成したノックピン孔１４Ｉｌこノックピン１８
を嵌合した状態で、かつ、前記切欠部１３の両側部分ど
うしを連結する状態で補強部材１６をボルト１９で連結
