【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案な操作者識別部に係わり、主として端末装置など
の操作者を限定し識別すべき装置の電源錠として使用す

り前記発光素子と一対で設けられた受光素子の出力電圧
の有無によってそれぞれの鍵を識別し得る操作者識別部
