Claims (1)
は吊部等の可動部に電磁吸着器1を固着し又、電磁被吸
着面2を有する器枠3の下位に真空吸着パット4を所要
数設けた真空吸着器5を前記可動部側とは分離独立して
別体として備え、しかも排気ポンプと接続された真空吸
着用排気管6の排気路端7を可動部側電磁吸着器1に近
接した位置において開口状態に配装するとともに前記可
動部側の排気路端7の開口に対向する真空吸着器5側の
位置において真空吸着パット4と接続された排気管8の
排気路端9を開口し、更に開口した排気路端7,9のい
ずれかの開口周縁に環状弾性パツキン10を凸状に配設
し、真空吸着器5が電磁吸着器1に吸着された際、電磁
吸着力によって弾性パツキン10が圧縮変形して排気路
端7,9が空気漏れない状態に接合されることを特徴と
