[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is applicable to the upper and back parts of open showcases, etc., in which a plurality of insulation panels filled with resin foam insulation material are combined and connected to form any external wall. The present invention relates to a connecting liner that is installed inside the connecting portion of the side panel when the side panel is connected to the main body panel forming the bottom portion using screws.

Conventionally, this type of liner has a recess 2 formed in the center of a surface 1 as shown in Fig. 1, and a through hole 3 for inserting a screw in the center of the recess 2. Many of them are made of wood.

次にこのライナーAの取付について述べる。Next, the installation of this liner A will be described.

In Fig. 2, numerals 4 and 5 are a pair of external and internal members that make up the heat insulation panel, and these members 4 and 5 have screw insertion holes 6.
, screw holes (not shown in the figure because they are covered by liner A) are provided oppositely.

In this way, the conventional liner is placed in line with the screw hole,
After that, each hole must be fixed with tape or adhesive, and one must rely on one's sense to align the through hole with the through hole, making it extremely difficult to do so smoothly and accurately. It was nothing.

In view of the above points, the present invention provides a connecting liner with good workability.

以下本考案の一実施例を図面により説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 3, the connecting liner B is integrally molded from a heat insulating resin such as low-foamed polystyrene.
A recess 2 is formed in the center of the surface 1, and a through hole 3 for inserting a screw is provided in the center of the recess 2.

After that, the internal member 9 is placed with the screws (Llo) connected to the through hole 3, and is sandwiched from above and below using a jig (not shown), and the resin foam heat insulating material 11 is filled, and the side panel is completed. Form.

As described above, the connecting liner of the present invention has a plurality of boss parts protruding inwardly from the circumferential wall of the recess, and a locking part protruding from the boss parts that contacts or approaches the periphery of the screw insertion hole. Therefore, when installing, by inserting these locking portions into the respective screw insertion holes, it is possible to easily and accurately install the locking portions without fixing with tape or adhesive.
