筒を収納自在とした大径筒と、前記小径筒の上部直径線
上外側対称位置に二又部晃端を連結した挺子杆と、前記
小径筒の上昇位置保持を自在として前記挺子杆の後端と
固定部との間に掛止する引張りつる巻ばねとを有し、挺
子杆による小径筒の昇降と、引張りつる巻ばねの掛止に
よる小径筒上昇位置保持とを自在としたことを特徴とす
