To make a comment, 1. The rubber brake and shear that come into contact with the OWA transducer and cooling drum, which is usually valued at 1, forms a thin liquid film of silicone coating on the surface of the drum. Now, as a conventional method for producing polyethylene laminate cloth used as a base material for adhesive tape, a laminating machine is used to heat and melt the polyethylene resin at 290°C or higher in order to sufficiently laminate the polyethylene to the cloth. #-1 in f width (25,411 Im) K Use a cloth with as close a weave as possible, such as 00 threads in the vertical and horizontal directions, to supply the resin between the cooling roll and the pre-shear roll C). There is a method of preventing as much as possible the adhesion of polyethylene resin to the pressure roll through the grain of the fabric, for example, Utility Model Publication No. 50-4770 KM.
It is shown. However, even if Ln-CFi, a tightly woven fabric, is selectively used in this method.

There was a major drawback in that it adhered to the surface of the shear roll, causing adhesion between the roll and the fabric, making lamination difficult or impossible. A method of coating polyethylene has also been proposed. However, the base material obtained by this method has weak adhesive strength between polyethylene and cloth.

When used as a base material for adhesive tapes, the top drawbacks include wrinkles caused by lifting of the film surface when unwinding, and the film itself peeling off easily, impairing the properties of cloth adhesive tapes. It was also not a very satisfying method.

In the conventional method, the present inventors believe that if it is possible to prevent the molten polyethylene from adhering to the so-called glare shear surface through the grains of the cloth and thereby causing adhesion to the IA cloth, in some way. They thought that it would be possible to effectively perform lamination using coarse fabrics without using densely woven fabrics, and used molten polyethylene or other materials on the surface of the pre-shear roll of the laminating machine. We have continued to study methods for forming a thin liquid film that is releasable on hot-molten resin.

As a result, after forming a thin liquid film with release properties such as silicone emulsion on the surface of the pre-sharlow k (for example, silicone emulsion), a rough fabric is placed in the gap between the cooling drum of the laminating machine and the pre-shar rule. When laminating was performed by continuously supplying a hot melt resin such as molten polyethylene into the gap while the material was being conveyed, as expected, no adhesion occurred between the pre-shear roll surface and the fabric surface, resulting in lamination. We were able to perform the processing extremely effectively.-Also, when the laminated cloth obtained by K in this way was used as the adhesive tape base material, no lifting and wrinkles occurred on the film surface when the tape was unwound. One of the present inventions, which was confirmed through numerous experiments, is
Based on the above experimental results, this has been completed.

If the method of the present invention is applied to the production of hot-melt resin laminated cloth, uniform polyethylene laminate cloth can be efficiently produced from coarse woven fabric, and if the core laminate cloth is used to manufacture adhesive tape, the tape can be wound easily. There is no fear that the polyethylene will peel off as in the conventional method, and therefore, the method of the present invention can be used to manufacture laminated cloth from not only the polyethylene resin but also other heat-melting resins such as polypropylene and polyester. We believe that this invention provides an extremely effective method for.

One with a width of about 15V25.4mz is suitable, and the above-mentioned one? The thin removable liquid film that forms on the rubber run and shear roll surface of the laminating device must be one that evaporates at the melting temperature of polyethylene, etc.
Actually α1! A thin film of II/:11 or less gives good results. As the chemical for forming the 1+ thin film, a silicone emulsion of n, 6% was suitable, but it is also effective to use m of the same effective substances, such as a surfactant in water.
