本発明は素材単IIK加工を施して得られる木目模様を
有する人工化粧単板の製法Vcllするものであり、そ
の目的とするとζろけ、天然木の有している節に極似し

得る仁との出来る製法を汎く提供し、もって斯界の発展

いる節勢が現出せず、到底天然木に酷似したものとは言

単板の有して込るかかる欠点を解消する目的でなされた
ものである以下、本発明の人工化粧単板の製法につhて
、第1図乃至第7図の実施例に基いて詳細に説明する0
本発明はアガチス材、ラプラ材等の原木をロータリー切
削して得られるロータリー単板を適tの大きさに切断し
て、厚みQ、 l s/m乃至g、os/mの素材単板
(1)を多数枚作成する。次いで該素材単板(1)を、
染色液中に浸漬するか、又は捺染色するかし2て所望の
天然木の色採と略同−にする。尚この際に染色をより効
果的に、且つ均一的に行わしめる目的で、あらかじめ素
