屋内に植物栽培の場を提供し、さらに家屋の意匠性を高
めるというきわめて画期的な考案で、即ち、家屋の基礎
において、通風口が設けられるとともに、その前面に通
風口の両側壁から連続して通風口の開口高さより低い植
物栽培域が設けられてなる家屋の基礎に係るものである
