[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a binding yarn osteotomy treatment for torsion lace knitted fabrics in order to efficiently remove binding yarns from knitted tubular knitted fabrics containing binding yarns manufactured by a torsion lace knitting machine. This relates to a knitting machine. Conventionally, torsion lace knitting machines are used to braid silk fabrics, in which knitting yarn is collected toward the center from thread-winding bobbins arranged vertically on spindles driven by spindle plates arranged in a circular shape. Twisted lace is constructed by crossing two adjacent threads.

This torsion lace knitted fabric is knitted in a cylindrical shape, so in order to obtain a plain knitted fabric, unconnected parts are provided in the warp direction at one or two places in the cylindrical knitted fabric, and these are knitted on the left and right sides using binding yarns. The fabric was connected and braided alternately, and after the braiding, the binding threads were separated from the knitted fabric part, developed, and processed into products. This work of separating the binding threads was done by hand each time, and the binding threads were cut and cut. Although the binding yarns were partially pulled out, the silk fabric was vertically long, and due to the structure of the knitted fabric, when the binding yarns were pulled out, the binding yarns that made up the knitted fabric would get tangled and become slippery, making it difficult to work efficiently. There were many inconveniences, such as a decrease in the strength of the knitted fabric and also causing defects such as fraying and twisting of the knitted fabric.

Next, as the knitted fabric 5 moves to the outwardly bent curved portion of the knitted fabric expanding member 30, the knitted fabric 5 is further expanded left and right,
Both ends of the knitted fabric 5 are gradually pulled apart, and when the binding thread 50 passed between both ends reaches the tip of the toothed ring 39, it is caught between the fixed blade plates 43 held down by the toothed ring 39 and held down. 50 is positioned, the rotary blade 42 cooperates with the fixed blade 43a to cut the binding thread 50,
It pinches and cuts the binding threads 50 that are sent one after another, and the bone-cut thread waste passes from the thread waste box 47 to the suction pipe 48 and hose 38 to the suction section 3. is inhaled and accumulated in a dust bag (not shown) on the inner thigh.

Therefore, according to the present invention, in the work of separating the binding yarns of knitted torsion lace fabrics, the binding yarns can be continuously pressed down and cut into pieces, so that the work of separating the binding yarns can be carried out efficiently, and the winding speed of silk fabric can be increased. By selecting the bone so that the osteotomy condition matches the quality, thickness, etc. of the binding thread, the osteotomy process can be carried out without causing defects in the knitted fabric such as twists and kinks.
