Conventionally, this type of tap selector has a fixed contact 11a, 1b connected to each tap of the tap winding, as shown in FIGS. The upper and lower parts are fixed separately and arranged in plural on the circumference, and a disc-shaped current collecting ring 4 is arranged in the insulating cylinder 3 at the center corresponding to the fixed contacts 1a, lb, and is used as a switching switch. The lead wire 5 to be connected is led out from inside the current collecting ring 4 through the insulating cylinder 3 using a copper pipe or a copper rod, and insulating between the current collecting ring 4 and the fixed contacts 1a, lb. Moreover, the current collecting ring 4 is connected to the insulating tube 3 by a plurality of bolts 8.
In order to ensure an insulating distance between these lead wires 5 and between the lead wires 5 and the head of the bolt 80 that fixes the current collecting ring 4, the lead wires 5 are coated with an insulating coating. Of course, the diameter of the insulating cylinder 3 has to be increased, and the tap selector becomes large and expensive.

Furthermore, the terminal 9 of the lead wire 5 is connected to the current collecting ring 4 in the insulating tube 3.
In order to connect to the terminals, the holes 10 are opened at each stage by 60 degrees, and the terminals 9 are made to protrude outward from the holes 10 for connection. At the same time, in order to connect the lead wire 5 to the current collecting ring 4, the current collecting ring 4 is fixed to the outer periphery of the insulating cylinder 3 with bolts 8, and the lead wire 5 with the L-shaped terminal 9 is inserted into the insulating cylinder 3. The terminal 9 is passed through the hole 10 so as to protrude outward from the hole 10, and is bolted to the current collecting ring 4 for connection.

For this reason, a large number of lead wires 5 were inserted into the narrow insulating tube 3 with L-shaped terminals 9 attached, and the terminals 9 were placed in an unstable state by groping the long lead wires 5 and matching them with the holes 10. Since it has to be connected to the current collecting ring 4, it requires a lot of effort to assemble, which significantly increases the number of assembly steps, and has many drawbacks.

As described above, in the present invention, the insulated drive shaft 11 is disposed at the center and the movable contact 14 is attached thereto so as to be able to move together integrally, and the current collecting ring 18 is connected to the insulated drive shaft 11 of the movable contact 14. A lead wire 23 made of a copper rod or copper pipe is rotatably supported on the upper surface of the mounting part of the current collector ring 18, and a lead wire 23 using a copper rod or copper pipe is mounted on the flat surface of one side of the current collecting ring 18.
The lead wires 23 are led out at equal intervals of X around the outer periphery of the tap selector and are supported and fixed by an insulating support member, and the current collecting ring 18 is connected to the lead wires 18. The lead wire is fixedly supported via a wire 23 to prevent co-movement with the movable contact 14, and the contact piece 16 of the movable contact 14 is slidably brought into contact with the tap selection. There is no need to consider the insulation distance between the lead wires or between the lead wires and other current collecting ring tightening ports, etc. of different potentials, as in the conventional case where the lead wires are led out through the insulating cylinder in the center, and the tap Not only can the selector as a whole be made extremely compact, but since the lead wires are arranged with a sufficient insulation distance, there is no need for insulation processing such as insulation coating, and the current can be collected at the center axis of the insulating tube. There is no need for machining such as creating bolt holes for fixing the ring by bolting or holes for lead wires, and there is no loss of mechanical strength. Connections are made visually, allowing for quick and easy assembly. In addition, lead wires can be connected only after the parts are assembled, unlike conventional products where the lead wires are attached in advance and assembled. Therefore, the lead wires do not get in the way during assembly, and assembly can be easily performed in this respect as well.

Further, the lead wire is fixed by a support member in the middle of the lead-out part or the rising part, and is stably fixed without causing contact due to vibration unlike the conventional lead wire which is inserted through an insulating cylinder.

Moreover, since the current collecting ring is rotatably supported on the movable arm of the movable contact and is attached to the support member via the lead wire, it is easy to position the movable contact with the contact piece or to ensure levelness. This makes assembly work extremely easy as it requires almost no positioning work and is fixed by fixing the lead wire with a support member. Because it is firmly supported and good contact can be maintained, there is no abnormal wear of the current collection ring, etc., which not only makes the equipment smaller, but also has sufficient electrical and mechanical properties. It has many remarkable features, such as being able to manufacture a reliable tap selector at low cost.
