Abstract

PURPOSE:To supply solder and flux simlutaneously to parts to be soldered by providing spiral grooves to a solder core wire and feeding the flux in the groove parts in the stage of feeding the core wire from a feeder. CONSTITUTION:Spiral grooves 7 are provided to a core wire 6 fed from automatic feed rollers 5. A flux supply vessel 10 is mounted to a conduit tube 9 mounted to a feeder 8, and a valve 11 of the vessel 10 is opened to fill flux 12 in a conduit tube 9. When the solder core wire 6 passes through the tube 9 filled with the flux 12, it is contained with the flux 12 in the spiral grooves 7. Therefore, the solder 6 and the flux 12 are supplied continuously to parts 3 to be soldered.

Conventionally, liquid flux is not used when bonding aluminum, but it is most effective to supply flux when the part to be bonded has risen to the bonding temperature. The supply method was to immerse the entire No. 10 Nanda in liquid flux, and supply the flux impregnated on the No. 20 surface. For this reason, it has been difficult to perform an automatic knotting operation that automatically supplies the knots.

As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional torch soldering method involves immersing the solder in Mitsulux 2, applying flux 2 to the surface of the object 3 to be soldered, and heating it with a gas burner 4 until it reaches the soldering temperature. No, I was melting solder 1 with Detux 2 and soldering it.

The method of the present invention is as shown in FIG.
In order to supply all of the flux at the same time as the solder core wire 6 is fed out, a conduit with a helical groove 7 provided in the solder and attached to the feeding device 8 is used as shown in FIG. Attach the 7lux supply container 10 to the tube 9, open the pulp 11 attached to the flux supply container, and place the 7lux 1 into the conduit tube 9.
2, and when the solder core wire 6 passes through it, the flux 12 is impregnated in the helical groove 7, and the flux 12 is continuously applied to the part 3 to be soldered/dipped heated by the gas burner 4. By supplying the solder 6 and flux 12, automatic soldering work using a torch is enabled.
