    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒートポンプ式冷暖房装置に使用する逆すイク〜　　　
    ル方式の除霜装置において、室外熱交換器温度Ｔｅを検
    知するサーミスタと、外気温度ＴＯを検知するサーミス
    タとを有し、タイマにより所定時間ｔ１は強制的に暖房
    運転を継続した後、Ｔｅ≦設定温度Ｔ１かつＴｏ−Ｔｅ
    ≧設定温度Ｔ３である時に除霜運転に切替え、また除霜
    運転中においてＴｅ≧設定温度Ｔ２あるいはタイマが所
    定時間ｔ２を経過した時強制的に暖房運転に切替えるこ
    とを特徴とする除霜装置二
