[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a fan-shaped pad that forms the core of the temperature-sensing part of a thermocouple for measuring tube wall temperature used in places with high ambient temperatures, and is characterized by a fan-shaped cross section. For this reason, it has the following effects. By using this fan-shaped pad, the influence of the ambient temperature is reduced, and the response is quick.
It reduces temperature measurement errors, is easy to process, and is easy to attach to the object to be measured (
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermocouple temperature-sensing section that is reliable and easy to perform (on-site work), is functionally superior, and is inexpensive.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings below. The wall thickness is 4.
Both sides of the mm cylindrical body 1 are scraped diagonally inward 2A to form welding surfaces 2, 2, so that they intersect at the same angle as the welding surfaces 2, 2.
The lower side of the cylindrical body 1 is scraped off 3A, and the contact surface 3 is made using the minimum wall thickness of the welding surface 2 part compared to the wall thickness of the cylindrical body 1 of 4 mm.
l mm, and the minimum thickness of the contact surface 3 portion is 1 mm.Next, two small holes 5, 5 are made in a row to penetrate the contact surface 3 at a position approximately one-third from the tip of the entire length of the cylindrical body 1. Then, the fan-shaped pad A according to the invention is formed.

In Figure 2.4, the tip of the sheathed thermoelectric lamp wire B, which is made up of thermocouple wires 6, 6 enclosed in a sheath 8 via an insulating material 7, is connected to the rear end of the hollow cavity 4 of the fan-shaped pad A. Insert the strands 6, 6 into the small holes 5, 5 of pad A, respectively, and weld 5, 5 to connect each tip of the strand 6 to the inside of the contact surface 3 of pad A. Fill the hollow cavity 4 with an insulating material 9, for example, MgO,
Next, the tip of the hollow cavity 4 is closed with a lid 10, and the sheath wire B and pad A are fixed by welding 12.

This project uses a thick-walled iron alloy pipe (cylindrical body 1) that is easy to obtain as a material, and the cutting work of the welding surface 2 and contact surface 3 is extremely simple, so it can be processed into accurate dimensions and the processing is quick. It is.

From the above, it is easy and inexpensive to manufacture.Secondly, since the welding surface 2 is formed by cutting obliquely inward on both sides, the angle made with the surface of the temperature measuring object C is the most suitable for welding ( When welding two metal objects, it is a requirement to obtain strong welding that the heat capacities of the welded parts of both objects are similar. The thickness of the welding surface 3 is increased in accordance with the thickness of the object C to be measured.

Next, we will discuss the function as a thermometer, the main pad A.
As shown in Figure 5, a thermocouple that uses a thermocouple allows oil or other liquid or gas to flow inside an iron pipe C, and heats this iron pipe from the outside with a heating device such as a burner, thereby heating the liquid or gas inside. By knowing the surface temperature of an iron pipe, the temperature of the liquid and gas inside can be determined.

Under these circumstances, the influence of the ambient temperature outside the iron pipe C must be prevented, and the temperature of the iron pipe C must be quickly conducted to the hot junction.

In this project, in order to meet this requirement, the wall thickness of the part facing the outside, that is, the initial wall thickness of the cylindrical body 1, is increased, and both sides are welded.
1, the thickness of the contact surface 3 to the iron pipe C was made as thin as possible.

As a result of the above, it is possible to reduce the influence of ambient temperature, provide a faster response, and make it possible to measure temperature with less error. Thus, it is possible to provide the thermocouple temperature-sensing section mentioned at the beginning, which is inexpensive and has less measurement error. .
