Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、補強金具の取付け方に改良を施こしたロープ
孔を備えた膜体に関するもので、補強金具としてオンハ
トメあ・よびリングを用い、膜体のロープ孔付設位置に
は放射状の切込みにより複数の舌片で覆われたり込み孔
を設け、この両者の組み合わせによって、厚手の膜体や
複数枚の膜体を重ねて用いる膜体構造物にも十分な引張
強度を持つロープ孔を形或させることを目的とするもの
である。

する技術を開発した(実願昭55−49234号(実公

面円形のリング4とオンハトメ2との間で捲回圧着して
、オンハトメ2釦よびリング4を膜体M上に固定したも

オンハトメの円筒部外径に略ぼ等しい切込み孔卦よび該
切込み孔を覆う複数の舌片を形或するとともに、オンハ
トメ内周部をロープ挿通部とすべく、上記切込み孔に挿
入したオンハトメの外周に沿わして折り曲げた上記各舌
片釦よび切込み孔周縁部を、膜体を隔ててオンハトメ円
筒部に外嵌したリングとオンハトメとの間で捲回圧着し
て、オンハトメ卦よびリングを膜体上に固定してなるこ
とを特徴とする補強ロープ孔を備えた膜体。 2 各舌片は、オンハトメの鍔縁側に向いて折り曲げら
れているものである特許請求の範囲第1項記載の補強ロ
ープ孔を備えた膜体。 3 オンハトメとして、鍔縁部の平板状外輪を除いた細
巾のものを用いるものである特許請求の範囲第1項1た
は第2項記載の補強ロープ孔を備えた膜体。
