The gauze used in this product can be made of synthetic fibers, cotton, rayon, etc., but plain weave fabrics made from 100% polyester fibers tend to lose strength even after long-term use, especially when used for painting automobiles. It is excellent in that it prevents the generation of thread waste due to thread breakage, etc., and is not easily affected by acids, alkalis, etc.

On the other hand, if the thread is too thick, it will not blend well with the wiping surface.
On the other hand, if it is too thin, the workability is poor, so it is 10th to 60th.
It is designed within the range of count (preferably from 30th to 40th).

On the other hand, gauze is made with a weave interval of 150 mesh to 1200 mesh, and this structure allows dirt such as dust and dirt to pass between the weaves and move toward the upper fabric surface. It is sandwiched between the upper cloth surface and the upper cloth surface.

The resin component used in the present invention is a long-chain hydrocarbon polymer compound, which has a unique adhesion to dirt such as dust and mud, and can be stored for a long time (6 months to 1 year). Even under external conditions such as heating or pressurization, the molecules do not react with each other and harden, maintaining extremely stable adhesion. In addition, the resin can be used with a wide variety of natural and synthetic oils, fats, and waxes. Because they have the property of melting together, excellent waxing can be done at the same time.

In addition, during the manufacturing of this product, heat treatment is used to scatter the moisture and solvent in the medium to the maximum extent, which may cause gasification during the painting process and cause blistering, etc., especially when used for wiping before painting the car body.
