Abstract

PURPOSE:To select front and rear of a plate-shaped material, having protrusion in the rear side, and transfer the material, by forming a downward opening hollowed part, corresponding to thickness of the plate-shaped material, in a selector cover and providing the selector cover to an upper side of the top end of a spirally stepped part in a vibration parts feeder. CONSTITUTION:A hollowed part 4, corresponding to thickness of a plate-shaped material 8, is formed to a selector cover 3 in a spirally stepped part 2. Height of a stepped part 5, corresponding to said selector cover 3, corresponds to thickness of a protrusion 9 in a rear side of the plate-shaped material. That is, height of stepped parts except the stepped part 5 is the thickness or at least the thickness total of the plate-shaped material 8, contained with the protrusions 9, however, only the stepped part 5, corresponding to the selector cover 3, is in thickness corresponding to the protrusion 9. 【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は裏面に突起物を有し表裏の区別ある板状体その
他(以下単に板状体という)の表裏を選別し移送するソ
ーターに関する。従来より内面に渦巻状段部を設けた皿
状体を振動させ、振動によって中央底部に入れられた板
状体を渦巻状段部に沿って上昇させ渦巻状段%lN上端
より1個ずつ排出させる装置は知られている。本発明け
この装置を改良し、裏面に突起物を有する板状体の表裏
を選別し一方の而即ち突起物を有する面が±VCなって
いる場合のみを移送するソーターを提供するもので、皿
状体の内面に渦巻状段部を有し該皿状体の振動により板
状体を配列移送する装置ul/c:I?いて、該渦巻状
段部上端部の上側に、該板状体の厚みに相当する下向の
四部を形成した選別カバーを設け、且つ該選別カバーに
対応する段部高さを該板状体表面の突起物の厚みに相当
する高さとした板状体の表裏選別移送ソーターである。
