Claims (1)
に逆比例し、順電流と順電圧とが正比例する発光素子の
ある回路を所定重用で許容範囲内光出力で運転する電気
光変換回路において、温度上昇に伴う前記発光素子の相
対光出力と順電圧の゛ 低下を補償するため、前記発光
素子に対し増加順電流整流して前記所定電圧と発光素子
の低下した順電圧との差から生ずべき電圧増加分と釣合
う増加電圧を生せしめる抵抗値を有する固定抵抗が前記
発光素子と直列に接続されてなる電気光−換器。An electro-optical conversion circuit that operates a circuit with a light emitting element whose relative optical output and forward voltage at the same forward current value are inversely proportional to temperature, and whose forward current and forward voltage are directly proportional, at a light output within a permissible range at a predetermined load.
