In general, gas burners that have a main flame hole formed by bending a large number of small holes have a large resistance, so the amount of primary air that is naturally sucked in using the jet of gas ejected from the nozzle is small. Since contact with secondary air affects combustion performance, the flame table area is wide.

Therefore, if the flames interfere with each other, sufficient secondary air cannot be obtained and the flame length becomes longer.

In particular, as shown in Figure 6, at both ends of the burner body 1, a flow 2 is generated in which the mixture of gas and air hits the burner side end wall and bounces back, so the main flame located at both ends of the burner The flame 4 formed on the hole 3 tilts inward.

(2) As the secondary air flowing through the burner body 1 causes the flame 4 to incline inward as described above, the flame holding power 5 also inclines inward, the flame holding power weakens, and the flame 3 rises.

■ As mentioned above, the flames at both ends of the burner tilt inward, causing flame interference, making the flame 4 longer, increasing the size of the heat exchanger using the burner body 1, and increasing the combustion characteristics (e.g. Co/

In view of the above points, the present invention attempts to effectively prevent flame interference at both ends of the burner.

The main flame hole S, 9' is the conventional one shown in Fig. 6.
The size of the flame holes and the pitch of the flame holes are made uniform at all locations, whereas in this embodiment, the main flame holes γ located at both ends are made smaller in diameter (opening degree) than the other main flame holes 9, and The flame hole pitch is set so that a < b, where the distance between the main flame holes 9 is a, and the distance between the main flame holes 9 and 9' is b.

The flame 19 is formed near the main flame holes 9, 9' of the burner body 8' by forming a holding flame 11 with a heat capacity of about 20 yen of the main flame.
This prevents lifting and maintains a stable flame.

Next, to explain the operation, the dregs ejected by the nozzle and the air sucked by the nozzle are sufficiently mixed in the mixing tube, then introduced into the burner head 17, distributed to the burner chamber 10 of each burner body 8, and then The flow speed increases as it flows toward the top of the main body 8, and it is ejected from each main flame hole 9, 9', forming a fishtail-shaped flat flame 19 with a wide contact surface with the air.

In addition, in order to prevent lifting of the flame caused by the high ejection speed at the main flame holes 9, 9', a part of the air-fuel mixture is throttled from the Parner chamber 10 and passed through the through holes 14, 14' to the decompression chamber 13.
, the pressure is sufficiently reduced, and the flame is ejected from the flame stabilizing hole 15 to form a flame stabilizing hole 11 .

The injection speed and amount of the air-fuel mixture from the flame holding holes 15 are sufficiently lower than those from the main flame holes 9, 9' to maintain a stable flame 11. 19 has been stabilized.

By the way, as mentioned earlier, since the opening degree of the main flame holes 9' located at both ends of the main flame holes 9 and 9' is made small,
The resistance to the air-fuel mixture injection at the main flame hole 9' is increased, so that the injection amount is regulated and the inclination of the flame 19 caused by the flow direction 2 of the air-fuel mixture in the burner chamber 10 is reduced. By setting the flame hole pitch to a<b, flame interference does not occur even if the flame 19 tilts inward to some extent due to the flow direction 2 of the air-fuel mixture or the secondary air flow 20.

In this case, flame interference can be prevented by changing the opening degree of the main flame holes 9, 9' and by changing the flame hole pitch, respectively, but the synergistic effect of combining the two can prevent flame interference. The prevention of flame interference becomes even more remarkable.

1. In addition, by increasing the amount of air-fuel mixture ejected for both flame-holding purposes, the secondary air flow 20 prevents the flame-holding 11 formed at both ends from becoming unstable (being pulled inward), and the floating system is It is possible to obtain a stable flame 10 without any flames.
