A top plate is constructed by assembling a vertical member and a horizontal member made of a rectangular metal whose cross section in the transverse direction is shaped into a corrugated shape with uneven portions so as to be orthogonal to each other. In a metal pallet comprising a lower plate assembled in substantially the same configuration as the upper plate, the vertical members and girder members of the upper plate and the lower plate, and/or the horizontal members of the upper plate and the lower plate. and at least one of the girder members are integrally constructed by cutting and bending the same member.
