Claims

(1) A metallic luster layer is laminated on the shaft surface of a raw pencil that has been subjected to base treatment, a pattern printing layer is provided on the metallic luster layer, and a transparent synthetic resin coating layer is further applied to the entire surface including the pattern printing layer.
