Abstract

PURPOSE:To prolong the time of attachment of condensate to a fin surface thereby improving the condensing efficiency of a condenser by a structure wherein a slit is formed which meanders in the vertical direction with respect to the fin of the condenser where the condensate produced by a vaporizer arranged thereabove is sprayed. CONSTITUTION:In the spot cooler, the vaporizer 4 for cooling the air suctioned from an air suction port 3 is provided in the upper part of a frame member 1 mounted on a truck 2, and the cooled air is blown by an air blower 5 out of an air blow-out port 6. The condenser 8 is provided downward the vaporizer 4 to condense coolant discharged from a compressor 16. In this instance, the condenser 8 is constituted by coolant pipes 10 and a corrugated fin 11. The fin 11 is provided with the meandering slit 12 over the width of the fin 11 away from the coolant pipes 10, thereby dividing the inside of the fin 11 into two parts, i.e. 11a and 11b. This structure is very effective for prolonging the time of attachement of the condensate 20 to the fin 11, and hence improving the condensing efficiency of the condenser 8.

In a typical spot turf, the condensed water that has condensed on the evaporator is sprinkled on the condenser, and is evaporated and atomized in the condenser to be discharged together with the cooling air from the condenser, and the heat exchange efficiency in the condenser is improved. It is customary to increase it. However, with conventional spot turf, the condensed water sprinkled on the condenser immediately falls along the fin surface of the condenser, and the time it takes for it to adhere to the fin surface is short, so the heat exchange efficiency is not satisfactory, and even worse. , The amount of condensed water that is not evaporated and atomized and falls into the water storage tank below the condenser and is stored is large, and as a result, the volume of the water storage tank must be increased.
Alternatively, it has the disadvantage that the water in the water storage tank has to be drained many times, which takes time and effort.

The present invention provides a spot turf which can eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks by extending the adhesion time of condensed water to the fin surface with a simple structure of simply providing a slit that meanders in the vertical direction on the fins of a condenser. The purpose is to

As described above, according to the present invention, although the configuration is extremely simple, it is possible to increase the adhesion time of the condensed water sprinkled on the condenser, and as a result, most of the condensed water is evaporated and atomized, so that the condensed water is condensed. The heat exchange efficiency in the container can be improved, the condensation efficiency can be increased, and the water storage tank can be made smaller.
