Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は気化器における始動燃料用その他の燃料通路装
置に関する。
従来こ９種装置として、合成樹脂製の気化器本体に、そ
の下側の浮子室内にのび、る合成樹脂製のブリード管と
、その根部に連通して何方にのびる燃料通路とを備える
式のものは提案されたが、この場合該通路に樹脂成形後
の機械°加工により作る式を一般としたもので、作業が
面倒となるを免れない。
本発明はか−る不都合のない装置を得ることをその目的
としたもので、合成樹脂製の気化器本体に、その下側の
浮子室内にのびる合成樹脂製のブリード管と、その根部
に連通して側方にのびる燃料通路とを備える式のものに
おいて、該ブリード管に予め一体に側方にのびる根部の
一ナース部材を備えて酸部材内に該本体〜との間に該通
路を形成させるようにして成る。
本発明実施の１例を別紙図面に付説明する。
図面で（１）は合成樹脂製の気化器本体を示し、該本体
（１）はその下側の浮子室（２）内にのびる同じく合成
樹脂製のブリード管（３）とその根部に連通して側方に
のびる燃料通路（４）とを備える。
本発明によれば、該ブリード管（３）の根部に予め一体
に側方にのびるｉ−ス部材（５）を備えて該部材（５）
内に該゛本体（１）との間に該通路（４）を形成させる
もので、更に説明すれば、気化器本体（１１とケース部
材（５）を有するブリード管（３）とを予め別個に樹脂
成形し、次で両者を互に重合して超音波溶着その他で溶
着して該部材（５）内に該通路（４）を得るが、図示の
ものでは該本体（１）の下面に予め凹溝（６）を形成さ
せ、これに該部材（５）を蓋状に施すようにした。更に
該ブリード管（３）の外周には別個に樹脂成形された下
端のジェット部（７）を有するジェット管（８）を嵌合
するもので、両者（７１（８１４ま一１方の環状の凹部
（９）と他方の環状の凸部（１Ｇとで互に嵌合されるよ
うにした。該通路（４）は例えば始動燃料通路に構成さ
れるもので、その下流側にスタータパルプａυを備える
。
このよう・に本発明によるときは気化器本体とブリード
管の根部のケース部材との間に燃料通路を作るもので、
両者を予め別個に用意して互に溶着すれば足り、従来の
機械加工による式のものに比し製作を簡単且容易にする
効果を有する。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、　合成樹脂製の気化器本体に、その下側の浮子室内
    にのびる合成樹脂製のブリード管と、その根部に連通し
    て何方にのびる燃料通路とを―える式のもの゛において
    、該ブリード管に予め一体に側方にのびる根部のケース
    部材を備えて該部封内に該本体との開に該通路を形成さ
    せるようにして成る気化器の燃料通路装置 ２　該部材を該本体に予め形成される凹溝の下面に蓋状
    に施して成る特許請求の範囲第１項所載の気化器の燃料
    通路装置 ＆　該ブリード管の外周に、ジェット部を一体に有する
    合成樹脂製のジェット管を嵌合して成る特許請求の範囲
    第１項所載の気化器の燃料通路装置
