Claims (1)
内にシリンダを固定し、このシリンダの前部には本体の
入口と出口を連通させる開口を設け、後部下側にはシリ
ンダ内外を連通させる小孔を設け、このシリンダ内には
めた主ピストンの前部には前進時に出口を閉鎖する小径
突部を設け、シリンダ内後部には主ピストンを前方に押
すバネを設け、本体上部にパイロットノズルを介して設
−けたパイロット弁箱内には、パイロットノズルの上端
開口をバネ圧により閉鎖する弁体を有する第１パイロツ
ト弁と、この第１パイロツト弁が開いたときのパイロッ
ト弁箱内の圧力上昇により押下けられて弁箱の下部に連
結した連通管を大気に通じる弁体を有する第２パイロツ
ト弁を設け、この連通管の下端は本体のシリンダ内後部
に連通させ、さらにシリンダ内後部には前記主ピストン
の後部に設けたダンパ室に摺動自在にはまるダンパピス
トンを設け、このダンパピストンにはダンパ室内をシリ
ンダ内に連通させる小孔を設けたパイロット弁付安全弁
