と、前記攪拌翼を駆動する電動機に設けたタイマ１８Ｔ
とからなり、前記攪拌混合器へ前記電磁弁を介しての給
水ならびに前記攪拌−の回転を同時に開始しこれに適当
な時間遅れをもって前記タイマ９Ｔにより前記搬出機構
を作動させて前記粉末原料を供給し、次いで前記粉末原
料の供給完了後若干の時間遅れをもって前記攪拌翼を前
記タイマ１８Ｔにより停止させ、さらに若干遅れて前記
電磁弁を前記タイマ１５Ｔにより閉じることにより給水
