Claims (1)
部からの照射光を受光する光電変換手段と、この光電変
換手段で光電変換された電気信号を印加される圧電部材
とを具え、前記光信号に対応した機械的変形を前記圧電
部材から得るようにしたことを特徴とする光応動装置。It comprises an optical fiber for transmitting an optical signal, a photoelectric conversion means for receiving the irradiated light from the terminal end of the optical fiber, and a piezoelectric member to which the electric signal photoelectrically converted by the photoelectric conversion means is applied.
