Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はガス点火装置に関し、特に部品点数の削減並び
に点火プラグ等への煮汁付着による点火不良の防止を目
的とするものである。

一般のガスコンロ、ガステープル等に採用されている点
火装置は、主ガスバーナの点火時のみガスが供給されか
つ比較的ガス喧出量が多く設定されたパイロットノズル
と、こび、ノズルの燃焼炎を主ガスバーナへ導く為のガ
イ1−′板と、前記パイロットノズルの噴出ガスに火花
加電を行なう点火プラグとを支持板にて一体化したもの
を、主ガスバーナの近傍に設置していた。

面に固着された固定板12で支持し、又、この操作軸に
連動操作される圧電装置13を同じく蓋板10の上面に
設けている。

の点火操作時のみガスが供給されるパイロットノズルと

コック本体に取付けると共に、主ガスバーナを炎孔を形
成した炎孔部と上面周壁を斜上方に傾斜させ下端が主ガ
スノズルに臨み上端が炎口部に連なる混合管部とから構
成し、前記パイロワ1〜ノズルのガス噴出口を該噴出口
からの噴出炎が混合管部の上面周壁に衝当後該上面周壁
に沿って炎口部まで至るように混合管部の上面周壁下部
に対設させたものであり、パイロットノズルから噴出す
る燃焼炎は混合管部の上面周壁の下部に衝当し、上面周
壁の上方傾斜に沿って上方に導かれて炎口部の炎孔に到
達して炎孔からの噴出ガスに点火するが、途中何らの障
害物もなくしかも上方へ傾斜する混合管部の上面周壁に
て滑らかに燃焼炎が案内されるので、ガス圧が少々低下
した場合でも確実かつ爆発点火なしに安全に着火するこ
とができる。
