出部１７の係止部１８に係着した後、ハンドルカバー１
９を下方に引き込んで下部の係止片２１を前記係着溝１
４に係着してハンドルカバー１９でハンドル本体１１の
外側面を覆い、ハンドル本体１１下面の空所２７内にハ
ンドル底板２３を嵌入すると共に該ハンドル底板２３に
植設されたボ、ス２４を前記ハンドルカバー１９を介し
てハンドル本体１１に嵌挿したことを特徴とするまほう
