抗による電圧降下分とを重畳したものを基準値と比較す
る回路と、この回路の比較出力が入力されて前記トラン
ジスタのスイッチング動作を制御するスイッチング素子
とを備えて構成された出力安定化回路、及び前記トラン
ジスタのオン時電流が過大となったことを検出して該ト
ランジスタをオフさせる過電流保護回路を有することを
