In a vehicle air conditioning control system equipped with a cooling cycle compressor and an indoor fan as an air conditioner, a high voltage detector is installed to detect the input voltage of the power supply device that supplies power to the air conditioner, and the high voltage detector detects the power supply. An air conditioning control device for a vehicle, characterized in that, when it is detected that the input voltage of the device has become lower than the equipment voltage, the compressor is stopped and only the indoor fan is operated based on the detection output.
