Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上方開口部に段部を有する鍋と、周縁に水平部を有する
    蓋と、この蓋の水平部と、上記鍋の段部との間に位置す
    る水平保持部ならびにこの水平保持部と一体形成され、
    上記鍋内の圧力により鍋および蓋の内壁面に圧接する垂
    直保持部を有するリング状のガスケットとを備えた圧力
    調理器において、上記蓋の周縁近傍でかつ上記ガスケツ
    上に接する位置より内側の内壁面に上記鍋側へ突出する
    一水切り用帯状突起を設けたことを特徴と−する圧力調
    理器。
