This structure heats the moving floor plate 3 and also blows out air between the tongue rail and the basic rail, and this is called the inner cover plate method.

It has a structure in which it heats up and also blows out between the basic rail and the tongue rail, and in both Figures 1 and 2, the area between the tongue rail and the basic rail and the floorboard is heated to melt snow and keep it warm. A: It is intended to be carried out smoothly and completely.

There was a problem in that the rail could not be maintained or inspected because it covered the fastening bolts 7 for fixation.

Sometimes it wasn't possible.

By installing multiple spaces in between, we placed the hot air to ensure that it reaches the location where it needs to be heated, which eliminates maintenance problems such as dog nails, and achieves the snow melting effect over long distances around the outside, which is an advantage of the conventional outside covering method. By continuing to do this, the unstable element between the track bed ballast and the rail, which was a drawback, was removed, and the air was ejected from the nozzle, so the air pressure inside the main duct 14 was uniform, eliminating the influence of seasonal winds. The velocity distribution of the hot air blown out became uniform.
