For example, when manufacturing a cabinet 1 for a television receiver as shown in FIG. 1 using a wooden board such as plywood, conventionally, as shown in FIG. A fixed plate material is provided, and a semicircular notch groove 4 is provided by cutting out a required part of the plate material on the side of the wooden board 2, so that the plate material can be bent from the part of the notch groove 4.

After bending the board material in the direction of arrow A to form the shape shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, resin 6 is injected into the cut groove 4 from the opening side, and after the resin 6 is almost solidified, the frame 5 is inserted from the wooden board 2. After separating, the construction of the box body was completed.

However, the conventional method has the drawback that productivity is very low because the frame 5 is required when forming a part of the corner, and expensive equipment is required to inject the resin 6 into the kerf 4. However, since a machine is required, there is a problem in that the cost increases.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks by injecting a synthetic resin into the grooves of a wooden board in a flat state where a decorative board is adhesively fixed to a wooden board and provided with grooves, and then,
The plate material is bent from the cut groove portion.

以下その一実施例を第6図、第7図を用いて説明する。An example of this will be described below with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.

First, as shown in FIG. 6, the decorative board 12 is adhesively fixed to one side of the wooden board 11, and a portion corresponding to a corner of the surface of the wooden board 11 to which the decorative board 12 is not adhered is cut out to form a substantially semicircular notch. The formation of the groove 13 is similar to the conventional method.

Next, in this method, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7a, a synthetic resin melt 14 is placed in the cutout groove 13 of the flat wooden board 11.

As explained above, according to the method of the present invention, synthetic resin is injected into the notch grooves while the wooden board with the notched grooves is in a flat state, and then the wooden board and the decorative board are bent from the notched grooves. In other words, by injecting the synthetic resin into the notch grooves when the wooden board is flat, the operation becomes easier, and the expensive machinery and equipment used in the past, where the wooden board was bent and the notched grooves were turned into holes by the frame, are no longer needed. It becomes unnecessary, the device itself can be constructed at low cost, and
It requires less assembly man-hours and can significantly reduce costs.

In the illustrated example, the notch groove is formed by cutting out a part of the wooden board, but the notch groove may be formed by partially cutting out the wooden board, and the present invention is applicable to this case. can also be applied.
