本発明は品質性能の一様な磁気ヘッド支持装置を提供す
ることを主な目的とするものであって圧力発生用の板バ
ネをホルダーに対し、所定角度をもって一線上に傾斜さ
せて固定すると共に該板バネの一部をその先端側からコ
状に打抜いて形成された舌片にヘッド及びスライダーを
突設するか又は前記舌片に更にフラップを打抜き形成し
て該フラップにヘッドスライダ−基板を定着することに
よって記録体からの一定浮上量を安定して維持し且つ製
造工程中手加工作業をなくして性能均一なヘッド支持装
置を量産可能にしたものである。

れ、前記舌片は連接部において屈曲されて水平に形成さ
れると共に、該水平舌片内に、ヘッドスライダ−基板の
横方向センター軸相当位置を中心軸とする両端2個所の
連接部26を残して打抜くことによってフラップ23を
形成したことを特徴とする磁気ヘッド支持装置。 5 板バネ基端の傾斜取付面の傾斜角度が3°〜25°
である特許請求の範囲第4項の装置。 6 ヘッド及びスライダーが直接フラップに定着されて
