    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザと光ファイバとの結合において、結合器と
    して微小径円柱レンズあるいは球レンズを用い、これら
    のレンズと光ファイバの間を、レンズ材料の屈折率と、
    光ファイバのコアの屈折率との間の屈折率を有する接着
    固定剤で満たし、結合レンズと光ファイバを一体化させ
    ることを特徴とする半導体レーザと光ファイバとの結合
    装置。
