従来クルミの殻を割る道具には、色々な方法があるが、
本考案は相対する棒材の先端部を軸着して、中間部にク
ルミを挾むノコ刃を設けた凹面を有し、梃子の応用で把
柄を握りしめてクルミの殻を割るものであるが、このク
ルミ割りは、鋳造成型、プレス成型等により製造される
が、刀身の構造はノコ刃を設けた凹面の巾を厚くしであ
るが、殻を挾むためには便利であっても、殻を割るため
には、殻と刀身の接触面が広いので、把柄を握り加える
圧力が分散して容易に割る事ができず、且つ割れた場合
いは、接触面が広いため細く分散された状態で割れるも
ので、殻に耐着しているクルミの実も細く分散される事
になり、実を取り出す作業が大変困難になる欠点があっ
