ズルにおいて、前記案内筒の後端には、後方に向うにし
たがって漸次小径となる傾斜部が形成され、かつ前記注
入部材の先端には前記案内筒の傾斜部に適合する傾斜部
を有する複数の突出部が設けられていることを特徴とす
