無限軌道により一対の長尺表面板を互いに接近させた状
態で挾持して搬送する上下一対のコンベア装置を設け、
該両コンベア装置より上流側に上記両表面板間に発泡性
合成樹脂材を充填する充填装置を設け、上記両コレベア
装置で搬送されている両表面板間の発泡性合成樹脂材を
発泡させる発泡装置を設け、上記上側のコンベア装置の
各スラット板の両端にそれぞれガイドローラを配設し、
上側のコンベア装置め入口もしくは出口またはその両方
において上記各ガイドローラを介して各スラット板を支
持するガイド杆を上側のコンベア装置のフレームに固定
