本考案は、建築物の構築に際して、柱と壁パネルの取付
作業を簡単かつ確実に行なうことの出来る柱脚金物付土

従来、第３図に示す如く、土台Ａと柱脚金物Ｂを各々別
個にアンカーボルト１により布基礎２に固着して、壁パ

付けているが、土台Ａと柱脚金物Ｂは各々独立して布基
礎２に固着されるので、壁パネル３と柱の取付位置がず
れ易いと共に取付作業も手間がかかるという欠点が有る
