Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A cylindrical porcelain base is provided with a rib that bisects the inner diameter part in the axial direction, and an axial hole formed by the rib is formed on the circumferential surface of the porcelain base on both sides of the rib as a discharge gap. A composite part with a discharge gear knob characterized by a pair of electrodes formed thereon.
