    極性を有する永久磁石を取付けて成るアクチュエータと
    、前記外部ヨークおよびセンタヨークの形成する空隙に
    係合する中空角筒状のボビンにその一側にコイルを巻回
    して成る被動体とを有することを特徴とするムービング
    コイル型リニアモータ。
