    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 浴室外に設置した湯沸器の出湯管の先端出口を浴槽内に
    開口連通させ、該出湯管の途中に高温湯と加熱蒸気に切
    替える給湯、風呂加熱切替装置を設け、かつ浴室内に設
    けた操作盤により給湯と風呂加熱との切替えと湯沸器の
    点滅が遠隔操作できるようにしたことを特徴とする給湯
    付き風呂釜。
