    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 荷台の周面にヒンジを介して回動可能に枢支されたゲー
    トを有する自動車のゲート装置において、上記ゲートに
    は、当該ゲートと略同じ長さの補助ゲートをヒンジを介
    して枢支し、この補助ゲートは、上記ゲートが転倒した
    時に所定情度で回転固定されるよう構成されていること
    を特徴とする自゛動車のゲート装置。
