Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce weight of a device and form the device to small size while increase its mechanical efficiency, by holding an internal gear of a planetary gear mechanism through friction and integrally forming a limit switch actuating cam to the peripheral surface of said internal gear. CONSTITUTION:A load is rapidly increased, if torque reaction force, transmitted to the second sun gear 7, is increased to overcome maximum friction force of a disc brake, the second sun gear 7 begins to rotate shifting in an opposite direction to the first sun gear 3. If the second sun gear 7 rotates about 1/2 turn, an eccentric cam 7N also rotates synchronously, to open or close one limit switch 14 while close or open the other limit switch 14 reversely. Since the limit switch 14 is connected to the relay of an electric motor 2, at this point of time, a power source of the electric motor 2 is disconnected to stop the electric motor 2.

顯点があった0 そこで本発明者等は遊星歯車減速装置自体を改良する事
によってトルク制限機能をもこれに付与せしめることを
思い付き、種々実験試作の結果本発明に到達した。

合しており、外径はフレーム1によって摺動回転可能に

ように対称に2箇付設するのが望ましい。なおリミット
スイッ?14は電気モータ2のそれ自体電源スィッチも
しくは電源スィッチの励磁電源スィッチである。なお前
記ディスクブレーキはドラムブレーキ、ハンドブレーキ
等に置5− 換えることも勿論可能である。

オームギア機構等に比して高い。

可能である。従って本発明のトルクリミッタは電気モー
タを保護するのみならず、トルクレンチとしても機能す
る。すなわちボルト、ナツト、ビス等を設定通りの一定
トルクで締付ける用途にも用いる事が可能である。
