天井部よりヒーターユニット１０を発熱面が笠部間口側
に面する如く垂設し、このヒーターユニット１０は裏板
１１、セラミックファイバーよりなる断熱板１２、マイ
カ板等よりなる絶縁板１３ｂに電熱線１３ａを巻装した
平板状のヒーター１３、マイカ板等よりなる絶縁板１４
、金属よりなる均熱板１５、金属よりなり、発熱面に例
えば、金属酸化物よりなる遠赤外線輻射材１６ｂを塗着
した発熱板１６の重合からなる構造とし、ヒーターユニ
ット１０と天井部との間に金属板等よりなる反射層４を
表面に設けた断熱材３を介在させ、更にこの断熱材３と
