Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は合成樹脂を材料とした栓蓋をその外面を被包し
た金属製冠部によって種口に結着密封し冠部を切除分離
して開封した後は、栓蓋のみを替蓋として使用する槽蓋
に係るもので、図示の実施例で示すように、透明又は半
透明の合成樹脂を材料とした栓蓋１の頂板４を薄肉に形
成し、その内面に、表面に文字図形等３を顕わしたバッ
キング板２を嵌合して頂板４に沿わせ、栓蓋１の外面を
金属板の冠部５で被包し、該冠部５の周壁に、開蓋に際
し栓蓋１から冠部５を分離するための周壁を囲繞する弱
化線６および周壁下縁７と、該弱化線６とを連絡する切
開用弱化線８を設けたことを特徴とする。
尚、冠部５の周壁を囲繞して設置−） ６弱化線６はミ
シン状の切目又はスコアーで゛形成し、又切開用弱化線
８は図示のように断続する二となく連続した線で形成し
てもよい。
又文字図形等３は直接印刷によるも文字図形等を印刷し
た種紙をバッキング板２に貼着してもよい。
図中９は栓蓋１の内周に形成した突条で、バッキング板
２の脱落を防止すると共に施蓋時に壜口外面に接着して
密封を完全にする。
本品は種口に冠着して冠部５の周壁を壜口外面に設けた
凹条又は凸条に係合させて封緘し、その開封は弱化線８
から続いて上部の弱化線６を切開すれば種口との結着は
外れ、冠部５はその締めつけが、弛んで栓蓋１から容易
に分離して、取除かれ、以後栓蓋１は着脱自在となるか
らこれを替蓋として引続き使用し得る。
このときバッキング板２の表面に施した文字図形等３が
透明又は半透明の頂板４を透して視られる。
尚図示のように特に頂板４の内面を凹入させて頂板４を
肉薄とすることにより外面からの透視を一層明瞭にする
。
本考案によるときは開封により冠部５を取除いた後もバ
ッキング板２に施した文字図形等３の表示が栓蓋１の頂
板を透して見られるので、開封後も槽蓋には商標等の表
示が残され、栓蓋１の頂板４外表面に商標等を表示した
ものが取扱いによる指等の摩擦によって消去又は不明瞭
となる欠陥があるが、本考案では内部バッキング板２の
表面に表示を施したから消去することなく永くその表示
を明瞭に保つことができる効果を有する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明又は半透明の合成樹脂を材料とした栓蓋１の頂板４
    を薄肉に形威し、その内面に、表面に文字図形等３を顕
    わしたバッキング板２を嵌合して頂板４に沿わせ、栓蓋
    １の外面を金属板の冠部５で被包し、該冠部５の周壁に
    、開蓋に際して栓蓋１から冠部５を分離させるための周
    壁を囲繞する弱化線６および周壁下縁７と該弱化線６と
    を連絡する切開用弱化線８を設けて成る槽蓋。
