The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure for the connecting part between a pipe joint and a pipe that is simple in structure and can steadily prevent the pipe from being pulled out. The socket part 2A of the pipe joint 1 has a diameter socket part 2A, a groove 3 is partially formed on the circumference of the intermediate part by plastic working, and the root end part is the socket part 2B. A split ring 9 having a convex portion 9C formed on the inner surface at the position of the groove 3 of the pipe fitting 1 is installed at the position of the groove 3 of the pipe joint 1. The main feature is that a split ring 10 is attached to the root of the socket 6 of the pipe 5, and the split ring 9 and the split ring 10 are connected by a connecting means.

Even if a force is applied to pull out the pipe 5 from the pipe joint 1 in a pipe connection section equipped with the above-mentioned pull-out prevention mechanism, the displacement of the pipe 5 will be caused by the rising portion 6B of the root of the socket 6 of the pipe 5. The split ring 10, the connecting bolt 16, and the split ring 9 are stopped by the convex portion 9C of the split ring 9 that is fitted into the groove 3.

Further, when fluid flows inside the pipe joint 1, the fluid can easily pass through the gap 3B of the convex portion 3A corresponding to the groove 3 as shown by the arrow, as shown in FIG.

Therefore, the resistance of the convex portion 3A to the fluid is not so large.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, even if a pulling force is applied to the joint between the pipe joint 1 and the pipe 5, the split ring 10 is locked to the rising portion 6B of the socket 6 of the pipe 5. And the split ring 9 is locked in the concave groove 3 of the pipe joint 1 via the convex portion 9C,
By connecting the split rings 9 and 10 in a tightly locked state with each other using a connecting bolt, the pipe joint 1 is reliably prevented from being pulled out from the pipe 5.

Furthermore, since the groove 3 is formed partially, the thin part due to plastic working does not extend over the entire circumference of the pipe joint, but only in the groove part. Therefore, when a pulling force is applied to the connection part, stress is generated. The structural strength of this concentrated portion is not significantly reduced by the formation of the grooves, and the accident of breakage of the connection portion is prevented.

Furthermore, the fluid can easily pass through the gap between the convex parts corresponding to the concave grooves, and the resistance when the fluid flows inside the pipe is much greater than when the concave grooves are formed all around the circumference, and therefore the convex parts are formed all the way around the pipe. becomes smaller.

If the fluid resistance is large, a large impact force acts on the outer wall of the protrusion corresponding to the groove and the split ring at the pipe connection, resulting in fatal damage to the pipe connection.

In this regard, in this invention, the effect of the above-mentioned blanking is that the fluid resistance acting on the pipe connection part is extremely small, and the thin part of the pipe wall due to the formation of the groove is only partial. This effectively prevents damage to the pipe connection due to excessive damage, and prevents serious situations such as leakage of fluid from the damaged part when buried.

Furthermore, even if the fluid contains solid matter such as dirt or mud, the above-mentioned clearing of the present invention has the effect that it hardly gets caught in the concave groove forming part, so it is easy to remove the pipe. This also prevents serious situations such as accidents.
