Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A nozzle which is attached to a food material squeezing device and has an opening extending laterally, through which the sheet-like dough is squeezed out and received by a transfer means for conveying it in a predetermined direction. The sliding surface of the member that slides the fabric on the side of the transfer means of the opening in the transfer direction exerts a greater frictional force on the squeezed dough than the sliding surface of the member on the opposite side that slides the fabric. A sheet-like dough squeezing nozzle characterized in that it is configured to give a squeezed dough.
